This Academy is focusing at amongst others research and education related to art, interaction design, visual languages and coding skills. Dr. Jon Ram Bruun-Pedersen holds a PhD in immersive virtual reality for elderly and is assistant professor at the Aalburg University in Copenhagen. Jon has worked in the field of VR and AR since 2008. Jon’s primary user groups are elderly and challenged children (e.g. autism spectrum), where the main research includes VR for exercise motivation, content and interaction design, and multimodality within VR. Jon is scientific advisor to HumanXR in relation to the creation of immersive, intelligent and interactive VR experiences, designed to promote healthy exercise.
