Vivantes and the Zorg Innovatie Atelier (ZIA) have been intensively involved in all VR developments of HumanXR from the start. Vivantes is a healthcare group specializing in personal care for the elderly. In nine relatively small locations we provide elderly care that is close to society. With four residential care centers in Geleen, two in Elsloo and one in Beek, Stein and Urmond. Self determination for elderly is key at Vivantes.
Care organization for the elderly
Proteion is a medium-sized care organization in North and Central Limburg and eastern North Brabant. Approximately 3,000 professional employees and 1,500 volunteers offer high-quality care and support to more than 10,000 clients on a daily basis. At home, in a service apartment or in one of the Proteion care centers. Proteion uses virtual reality to promote the well-being of the elderly in particular.

Foundation for care, living and welfare
Foundation Land van Horne collaborates with HumanXR to offer clients a beautiful experience with the help of virtual reality. The Land van Horne Foundation is an organization for care, nursing and home care. With more than 2,300 employees and 1,300 volunteers, the foundation offers (home) care and additional services to clients in regions Weert, Nederweert, Leudal, Cranendonck and Someren.
Foundation for elderly care. 'Getting older, staying yourself'
The Groenhuysen Foundation focuses on predominantly elderly people in the Roosendaal region and offers them the opportunity to get the best out of their day in their own way. That includes innovative care with the help of virtual reality. Groenhuysen offers a wide range of services, varying from convenience and comfort to intensive care, both in the form of home care and in well-kept residential facilities.
Center of Excellence for Innovation in Care and Technology
EIZT is a center of expertise for innovation in care & technology, based in The Netherlands. EIZT aims to contribute to sustainable care for today and tomorrow, driven by a healty care economy. EIZT has a strong network amongst care institutes and technology providers and supports entrepeneurial initiatives. EIZT has committed to support HumanXR with the development and application of meaningful VR applications.
Zuyd University of Applied Science is an open knowledge institute where professionals cross the borders of disciplines and organizations to collaborate on the development, transfer, and application of high-quality, practically-oriented knowledge. The Maastricht Academy of Media Design and Technology (MAMDT) is part of Zuyd. This Academy is focusing at amongst others research and education related to art, interaction design, visual languages and coding skills. MAMDT and HumanXR are teaming up to advance the knowhow and application of VR in care.
StudioVR is specialized in high quality 360 photography for panoramic images and for application in virtual tours. StudioVR is using the latest equipment and software to ensure high resolution visuals, seemlessly stitched into one image. HumanXR and StudioVR are teaming up to integrate 360 photography into some of the virtual experiences we develop. For example, in the Magic Photo Gallery you can teleport yourself into some of the most beautiful places in the world. Or special local places that might sparkle your memory!
Javier Lajara is one of our ambassador artist, working in 3D art already since 1998. Javier has graduated from the Técnico Superior en Ilustración Escuela de Arte Número 10 in Spain and is now teaching graphic design at the at U-Tad Master in Madrid. Javier has done work in Unreal and Unity for various AAA titles at world-class studios. He created the Spanish Art Hacienda for us, with real 3D photographic archeological masterpieces from the Museum of Archeology in Madrid included, embedded in an inspiring Spanish atmosphere!
Luis Tejeda Studio
3D ArtistLuis Tejeda, one of our ambassador artist, is based in Chigaco, USA and has a long track record in 3D work in architecture. He has been one of the early adaptors of computer based architectual visualization, almost 20 years ago. His work has been recognized and awarded in renowned publications in the industry in print and online. Luis works as independent artist for architects and design studios in the US and abroad. He contributed to our meaningful VR experiences with the amazing Louvre VR museum, an impressive room full of classic paintings including the Mona Lisa.
